With the arrival of new 1/700 kits of both Yorktown and Enterprise, (and perhaps more than a few Tamiya kits already in the stash) we are glad to announce a limited introductory run of our latest upgrade set-

P/N U796: Upgrade set for 1/700 Tamiya, Trumpeter, and Academy kits of U.S. Carriers Yorktown & Enterprise

The set includes:
* 5-in/38 cal DP Guns (correct pedestal mount, per our part U736) x 8
* 28-mm (1.1") Quad Automatic Cannons (per our U707) x 4
* 20-mm Oerlikon Cannons w/shields & pedestals (per our U701) x 30
* .50-caliber Browning machine guns (per our U712) x 30
* Mk33 (Early) Director - updated part! Per our U744 x 2

Optionally you can include U746 Yorktown / Enterprise fighting top, if you like your windows open! You can use the exisiting kits tripod legs (trimmed), or add your own brass. We've done this part as a single piece as it is very fragile, to minimize fuss in alignment of each of the 3 kit makers tripods.

The introductory bundled price for these is >20% below component sets purchased separately. A few early sample pics show application to Tamiya and Academy.

Carl, your parts are fantastic ,and your shop should be called 3GModelParts, GOOD,GORGEOUS,GREAT SAVINGS.

Hate to hijack this post, Is there any chance ,You can upscale your Big 5 cage masts to 1/350?, wish to nail a couple of ISW models and your cages can make the big difference .
