That mast is a work of art.
One question, have you a supplier in the UK that will stock it ?

Richard

Not to hijack the thread, but will the Dreadnought set include PE torpedo net booms?

I have seen some of the parts of this set in the Main Forum and it looks very nice.

Have you considered making resin parts for the Pom Poms and selling them as separate items?

I would like to have some for my other ships.

Thanks,
Roger

I think some shops have interest in these sets soon if they see following main mast set.

Sure.
All net booms of 30ft and 12ft will be scribed.
But boom links will be realized with PE.

Just started this project.
You can meet by October all of this Dreadnought set.

Thank you
Kim

Separate selling is under consideration.
Especially I am selecting what resin parts should be realized.

Thank you
Kim

By boom links, do you mean the boom rigging cables or the deployed net?
If you are including the net in PE, will it be full-depth or stop at the waterline? (I've been wanting to display a full-hull ship with a deployed, full-depth torpedo net for a long time.)

Well Boom links mean joint part as hook and eyehole for attaching scribed brass with plastic kit.
For the net, we are searching good material for best effect not PE.

Thank you
Kim

Kim are you planning a similar set for Tamiya's HMS King George V and HMS Prince of Wales at some point?

Surely All 6 Major Tamiya sets(Yamato/Musashi, Missouri, New Jersey, Bismarck/Tirpitz, KGV/PoW, Enterprise) are scheduled to be released within next year as same way of Warspite.

Thank you
Kim

Hi All,

Thank you for your advices and informtion for developing this PE set.

This morning Mr. Park passed the final PE film to the producer.
Retail PE come to our hands at this afternoon.

As scheduled, the formal release date is 28th September.

As you can see, we've packed tightly all the researched parts into 3 sheets to reduce the producing cost.

Thank you.
