Just a reminder that it's this Saturday at the Bonsor Complex in Burnaby BC, near Metrotown mall.

Who else is coming? I will probably submit 2 model ships this time.

This year the Fall Show theme is Japan, according to the IPMS Vancouver site.

I might be able to make it. Hoping to get my Lexington ready in time, but it will be short on the air wing side.

Lots of unfinished model ships + attention issues = A busy slipway where nothing gets done!

I'll bring my little Ottoman sub. Was supposed to be a Kingston class MCDV with an iceberg, but didn't finish in time.

Must be quite an iceberg! :heh: Something tells me you probably have a 1/700 RCAF Cormorant flying over it as well....

We had a good turn out this year!

Pics of the ships from the various nautical categories. Congratulations to Steve S from our forum for winning 1st place in the subs category for his 1/700 USS Balao from Hobby Boss. Our own mod Timmy C also won 3rd place for his Ottoman sub in the same category.

Cheers to all those who attended and congratulations to those who received awards!

Looks like it was a lot of fun to be there.
