I placed an order on April 18, 2025, on their website. My order number 3777 was confirmed the same day, and since then, I've had no news.

I followed up on May 22, 2025, and the response was that my order would be shipped in 1 to 2 days. And since that response email, I've had no news.

7 weeks to prepare a small order of just 8 1/350 scale aircraft. Which I haven't received yet; I find this unacceptable.

It's great to advertise on forums. But it would be better to have decent customer service.

Avoid this service provider.

Sincerely,

This sounds not the customer service issue but something worse - telling you it will be shipped in a day or two and almost a month later nothing.

They are a small company that is in the process of moving from the east coast of the USA to the West Coast. That is something like 4,600 km so it is natural to expect everything to be disruptive, including their personal lives. I had the opportunity to meet with two of the small staff at the IPMS nationals last summer in Madison, WI and they were, like most in our hobby, were very nice. I can only imagine how hard this move must be on their personal lives.

I ordered a small item on about May 16 and received it on Thursday but I live in the USA. I don't know if yours went by sea to France in which case it could have been shipped. Yes, it was likely a mistake to tell you your order would be shipping "in a day or two" if it has not been done. So now that you know what they are going through, I suggest you both relax and give them time to sort things out. Send them another email asking to check the status of your order as you have not received it.

We, the modeling community, need these new companies as the infusion of new, and mostly better kits (I build only 1/700 and 3D Wild's kits are mostly 1/350 or larger and seemed really nice), but more importantly, as consumers, we benefit from more choices. Suggesting others avoid this company is a bit hasty. Especially with the horrible customer service from many of the Chinese companies (that supply 3D printed kits or parts) and have no problems shipping parts were not as shown in their listings, or worse by sending kits that were damaged before they were put in the box. Yet they will not respond even when provided with photos showing they put the damaged parts in a zip locked bag. Now that's something to get upset about.

Hi NOVA,

Sorry for missing the promised timeline as we are busy with moving preparation across the US in May. Your package will be on its way shortly.

We are trying to improve the general delivery timeline issue which is a major reason why we will move to a more spacious working space in Washington.

We would like to say big THANK YOU to everyone who has been patient with the waiting and supportive to our business!

Cheers,

Hello everyone.

It doesn't matter if it's a small or medium-sized business or if they're moving 4,600 km away.

There's no excuse for shortchanging customers through ignorance. Especially these days with the internet and email.

Today, I received an email stating that my package has been shipped with a tracking number.

It's a shame that it's necessary to post on a forum to get an update on your order.

Best regard
Alain.

Hi Alain,

The package has not yet left our site and based on your comments here we decided NOT to ship it to you as planned. We will cancel your order and issue you a full refund. The refund will hit your account in a few days.

You made a misleading comment that we shipped out your order because you posted on this forum. This is incorrect as we have to do this anyway as Monday is the last day before we start our moving trip and will have to ship out everything left to be shipped by then.

Under US law, businesses have a general right to choose their customers. This means they can refuse service to someone, including in retaliation for negative reviews. Being a negative reviewer is not a protected class that would prevent a business from refusing service.

Thanks to everyone who understand our situation,

Holly Jin

Hello everyone.
If you want to cancel the order, that's your business. You're not the only supplier on the planet offering such products.

As for accusing me of lying, I find that very strong. Below is a screenshot of your last email yesterday (07/06/2025 at 5:00 PM) where you announce the shipment of my package with a UPS tracking number.

I had already seen negative reviews about the quality of your services. I confirm this.

Best regard
Alain.

I'll chime in that I contacted them last week about an order of 1/350 aircraft from a few weeks previous that I had not heard anything about; Holly explained the technical glitch that had occurred which had resulted in me ordering items that were backordered but appeared in stock on the site. I found the response prompt, polite and the explanation perfectly logical. On top of that, Holly still offered to either send out a partial order with what they had in stock, or even swap out the backordered planes with extra ones and a free box of what they did have in stock. While I opted to wait until the backordered planes are in stock for them to send the whole order at one time, I did find the offer Holly made to be more than fair and above what I expected, especially for an "issue" that really was not any error on their part in the first place. I have ordered from 3d wild 3 or 4 times prior to this and never had any issues at all.

Hello everyone.

After my order was cancelled, I found an alternative solution by ordering from Black Cat Model.
