Is there somewhere I can get decal sets made? I am building the 1/350 Dragon Spruance but want to build its as DD 964 USS PAUL F FOSTER.

It's even possible to print these yourself. You only need an ink jet or laserprinter, some decal paper and some decal film fluid. If your hull number is white, you will have to cut out the decal shape.

Above and Below decals does good work at a reasonable price, and they can print white.
