I don't have the anti-fouling to compare to be sure, but they did start with the S&S chips. If no one answers in the next day or so I'll pick up a bottle and do a spray test.

I haven't made it to the model shop yet, but I'm going today after work.

OK, had a busier weekend than expected but I did manage to swing by and pick up the paint.
I didn't really have anything ready for it and primed my CV-5 hull with the standard gray and then a coat of the white fine. I'll mask off and spray some of his pink primer as well and spray over all three to see if it changes the tone appreciably - the paints are pretty opaque but designed for modulation if the modeler wants it.

I finally had some time to lay the paint down last night. Grabbed the hull and paint chips this morning and headed out and went to shoot photos once the sun was up only to discover the S&S paint chips don't actually have Norfolk anti-fouling. :censored_2:

I have a couple of hulls at home that are painted in the WEM hull red that I will grab a photo of when I get home tonight.

Have you tried or heard of “True North” paints?

I just bought a set of their standard US Navy colors and they appear to be spot on.
