If it helps, a Leander class cruiser props were 10 feet 3 inches. So a County would be at least that.

The York class had the same engines (80,000 shp) as the County class so it may be more likely they had the same propellers as them. The Leanders had a 60,000 shp plant.

Can't find a County class size but Belfast which is similar in size and also had 80,000 shp ran 11 foot props per Ross Wotton's book.

What scale are you building?
