That's pretty awesome, Hanchang! Thanks! I hope that project does reach fruition. I've added it as "No name small Chinese company" under the 1/700 section.

It's been very difficult to find rumours of new Chinese releases since Sonicmodel went kaput . Fortunately somebody was kind enough to share this link with me. Here's the latest progress on 1/700 HMS Agincourt:

Am assuming that these are the forthcoming Trumpeter kits?

Wow! Check out those greens in the colour schemes!

Scumbag Trumpeter: Provides PE for 20mm shields and HACS, gives you clunky plastic cranes.

I thought I saw somewhere a listing for a 1/350 LPD-21 class USS New York from one of the major manufacturers.

Latest progress on 1/700 Agincourt. According to other rumours, Flyhawk will be responsible for marketing this kit. The kit will include brass barrels and photo ethced parts.

http://www.sbanzu.com/topicdisplay_safe ... opicPage=2

And in the second picture...it's a...Seydlitz?

Can anyone post a direct link to any pics? The Google translation of the posted link did not work for some unknown reason.

These two threads solved the problem of access to their site. Thanks for the help so now all we need to see is supporting intelligence that they are both injection molded plastic in 700 scale. I must admit I'm still a skeptic.
