Most of the cruisers are available by Combrig ;)

It is interesting that there is no indication for a Chinese version of the Project 7, e.g. Anshan, which is a museum ship today:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chinese_destroyer_Anshan_(101)

For sure, there is already a 1/700 kit of Anshan by Poseidon.

Im a little annoyed they dont preannounce the planned releases on same kit, since I bought the 12/45 and was gonna convert it. Great.

Does anyone know if Showcase models is planning a follow up to the Vendetta kit. HMAS Perth(WW2)would be a good bet!

Regards Phil

G'day Phil

It is very doubtful as the owner of Showcase Models passed away whilst he was developing the Vendetta kit. Luckily for us modellers his family undertook to complete his work.

Looks like Pit-Road has reissued their Cleveland class kit with a full hull option.

I came across this little gem on AFV Club's Facebook page. I've been waiting for a 1/350 LST kit like this for a while and here comes one from a quality kit manufacturer.

How cute!! Actually very nice. Especially with the added vehicles.
Does anyone have any insider information on the next Flyhawk 1/700? I know there's supposed to be a WWl G class German destroyer (PE separate - a bit of a burn on that one!), and the Bismarck, but these have been in the pipeline for months. Anything else besides that?

Insider, no, but apart from the other L class RN destroyer (is it Lively?) little different from Legion, going from the presence of box art, maybe the Konigsberg.

Personally I don't care what order they come in so long as we get them.

Not a fan of the Iowas so it's not a kit I'll be getting but I love how the doorways and hatches have been moulded open, presumably with a photoetch door/hatch so they can be posed open or closed. It's a good idea I'd like to see more manufacturers using!

What are the visible differences to the 12-41 version - the radar, and the UP launchers? anything else, like some configuration they change in boats or cranes positioning or smth?

Pit-Road announced for September:

Japanese destroyer DD-119 Asahi, 1/700

That is the first ship of the newest destroyer class of the JMSDF and this ship is also announced by Aoshima.

I wouldn't mind knowing that, too. I have the first PoW release and would rather build it as Denmark Straight version (much easier camo job! ) , and not buy a second one. Also, would the same AM wood deck be applicable to both versions?
