Just wondering...I Googled the kit (1132) on Scalemates and the description states PE as one of the included parts. Is this just a single tiny limited PE fret? There are no pics of box contents. However, the link from Hobby Search includes a wide array of PE, brass barrels, wood deck, and deck mask. I suspect that these are just a display of items that are (will be) available for the kit, at extra expense. Part of me wants to be greedy ( ) and pre-order right now, the other part says,"wait, and order 1132S when it's available" .
:wave_1:

If you go onto eBay and search flyhawk Bismarck you will see quite a few offerings, some of which have pictures of the parts layout
It seems like there is a version that has injected, pe and brass

Hello :wave_1:
I got mine (Deluxe Edition) yesterday from Hobby Easy for a little less than 100 euros ($115) with a large collection of add on:
The basic injected kit with 8 PE sheets, brass main guns & mast and a collection of small turned brass parts at $75:
https://www.hobbyeasy.com/en/data/sdmqj ... 2km5w.html
The wooden deck:
https://www.hobbyeasy.com/en/data/xbgg3 ... 1qy3v.html
Brass 15cm guns:
https://www.hobbyeasy.com/en/data/webie ... lupre.html
Brass 10.5cm guns:
https://www.hobbyeasy.com/en/data/qicda ... t3xn2.html
Brass & PE reels:
https://www.hobbyeasy.com/en/data/nfgnz ... n7zek.html
This makes a fantastic model with about 1,000 parts and a challenge to build.

The new Missouri was shown at the Japanese Model show a month ago and the Hull looks really good
with the plating and added details etc , with a wood deck and brass Barrels

to be honest , you can scroll through the photos - and to be certain , they seem to have gone the extra mile
in getting all the details right ( eg ultra thin bow ) and show the Bilge Keel and Stabilisers in correct detail
and show original and present photos of the actual ship , and plans to show their Model is accurate

Have a look !
regards
David

Is there any news at all about the 1/200 Titanic and CV-6 from Trumpeter, or if these kits are even still going being produced????

The boxart for the 1:200 Titanic kit is finished already :) So I believe this dream will come true in the near (or far) future :)

I found out that the pre-sale Price for the Joy-Yard 1/350 USS Missouri is going to be $ 202.59 + $ 8.13 Shipping from China = $ 210.72

Dont they have a proper hull plating done? Seems like the major difference

Yeah that it does. I’m wondering how much of a difficult build it will be in comparison to Very Fire. All the hand grabs on the Joy Yard model look to be designed to be individually placed grabs, with the mount holes pre-drilled. I certainly am not doing those that way in 1/350....

Is this HobbyBoss 1/700th HMS Rodney a new announcement (AND, is it a re-pop of the Trumpeter one) ?

It is a mistake from Hobbyeasy, you can see the Trumpeter brand in the corner

I’d rather have the Enterprise in 1/200, since between that and the Hornet, I don’t think I’d have room for a 3rd real big Carrier....

But a 1/200 Essex Class would be sweet. :heh:

Perhaps Trumpeter will shock us and the 1/200 Enterprise will be a late war version.....
