Maybe I missed the announcement (well, I mean, I might recall that it was being considered, but don't remember any recent updates), but I just checked out Blue Ridge's link on the Model Warships main page, and at the bottom of their main page I see a slew of test shots of USS Indiana or Massachusetts (BB-1 or BB-2 - definitely not BB-3 USS Oregon). Check it out at:
http://www.blueridgemodel.com/ and scroll down.

The Niko 1/700 Sperrbrecher 13 (Minerva) is now available and actually on my workbench. It looks nice so far.
http://www.nikomodel.pl/index.php/en/re ... brecher-13
It seems like Niko is doing a whole series of rebuilt pre-war merchant ships in 1/700, Togo is also out now and MRS 25 was originally the norwegian cargo ship "Rio".

Five Star is certainly mining every possibility. The reels look great.

OceanMoon are also showing a Fletcher class destroyer, an RN O class destroyer, and a Dido.

It would be nice to know where these can be obtained.

If anyone knows, please advise.

Thanks!

Reply copied from the Injection Molded thread:
Oceanmoon has a store on the Chinese equivalent of eBay, TaoBao: https://shop59966464.world.taobao.com/c ... 3%D0%CD#bd

Note that the Fletcher is resin in 1/2000 scale, and the same applies for the O (page 5) and Dido (page 3).

Thanks Timmy!

You see what happens when you "assume"....

And actually, it seems that they are 1/3000 scale!!!

Not my cup of tea, but thanks again for your response.

The 1/3000 on page 2 are Fujimi's plastic kits (meant for their harbour dockyard diorama set) and are different from the Oceanmoon 1/2000.

Is the 1/700 Niko 1940 HMS Hero (H-class Destroyer) a new kit?

I saw that the HMNLS Tromp was listed as a New Kit, but I don't recall seeing an announcement of the Hero, yet Niko's website says it is a new kit.

Just got info from YM Model that they just released russian BDK (big landing ship) project 775 in resin.
Price 84,99 at my store, 80 for forum members. ETA mid-march.

It is a great addition to their very nice 1:700 Hovercraft pr. 1239, Corvette Pr. 21631 and Frigate Pr.22350 which were released in fall.

Combrig just released a 1/350 SMS Von Der Tann! Up for Presale on Freetime's site, or on combrig's site.

(I know the link says seydlitz, but it really is Von Der Tann)
