Is anybody on the aftermarket scene currently offering a QH-50 DASH drone in 1/350 scale? I know White Ensign used to sell one, but it's showing up as no longer available on their website.

I've got some OK photos of one if anyone wants to think about CADing up a 3D printed one.

You could ask SNAFU (SNAFUstore@email.com) to design one for you. He did 1/700 QH-50C and QH-50D for me.

Here, a (very small!) 1/700 QH-50C:

For 1/350, the CAD has to be re-designed, because a much finer version could be printed (1/350 is 8 times larger as a three dimensional object).

This website is a good source for them:

Oh wow... That's terrific! Although if I'm going all the way to commissioning a bespoke DASH drone, then I'd ask for what I really want, and have it made in 1/310. (My object here is to have a correct aircraft to park on the flight deck of my Monogram USS Ramsey in place of the Seasprite that it came with, since that seems much easier than rebuilding the hangar to match the chopper.)

Hey, if he's up for one let me know as I have a Ramsay I want to do as Brooke (Uncle served on her) and I'd be in for two (in case I broke one) and maybe that will help convince him....

If I go that route, I'm thinking my minimum order is four, because I'll also want one (plus a spare) for the second Ramsey kit in my stash that I'm going to convert to Garcia one of these days.
So that means an even half-dozen for a potential print run!

I am not sure, if SNAFU can you provide with the parts himself. He is designing the stl files and you could pay him for designing them. Then you have to get them printed for you.

He offers some of his designs here:
https://3dptrain.com/pages/seller-profile/snafu-store

I do not know how fine the parts can be if 3dptrain prints them.

In case of the 1/700 DASH drones, I commissioned the files, SNAFU designed them and thankfully a friend printed them for me. You would have to contact me for the 1/700 versions.
