Last year, James of Sovereign Hobbies announced on this forum that he had a buyer for the Colourcoats range. Eureka!
He provided a link to the new owner, Resolution. Following that link enabled one to enter an email address, to receive a message when Resolution was up & running.
I entered my email and have received no reply.

Just today, I did a search for Colourcoats which yielded this: https://resolutionhobbies.com/
Not much info on the site but a list of the paints and a UK order form.

Has anyone in the UK ordered direct from Resolution? If so, how did that go?

Have any of the overseas stockists (looking at you, White Ensign and H&B :wink_3.gif ) communicated with Resolution? Again, how did that go?

Halold, you cannot order direct from Resolution Hobbies in the UK for shipment to the US. Colourcoats paints are enamel and have to have special packaging to fly and that is expensive and doesn't make sense economically to send individual orders overseas. The good news is that soon Colourcoats paints will again be restocked and available on the White Ensign website.

They have an active Facebook page that you can check in from time to time to see what they've been posting on their status - the owner, Keith Richardson, did suffer a medical issue in January shortly after opening: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61571907566437

Note the April 3 post echoing Richard's post, that the WEM shipment is being sent out.

Thanks, both of you.
Glad to learn that a shipment is on its way to WEM, my main source.
That because I'm well aware that Colourcoats has not been available to overseas users direct by air for years.
I signed up for their newsletter; we'll see what that's like.

Hello,
The colourcoats paint range should be available soon just awaiting customs clearance I believe.
So WEM should have a good stock level to start off again, I am currently working on building stock levels up again with help from my very good friend.
In January after setting up the business I suffered a blood clot Stroke which resulted in mobility problems on my left side.
I am currently still having physio and treatment for this so paint production is a little slow but improving week on week.
So please be patient they are back after all you have waited this long.

Welcome Keith! :wave_1:
You seem to have the priorities straight: Keith #1, Colourcoats #2.
Glad that you're progressing. While not nearly in the same league as your situation, my experience with a shoulder replacement two years ago taught me the importance of taking physical therapy seriously. Keep at it.
I hope you'll register with this forum and that we'll hear from you regularly.

Welcome Keith! Wishing you good health.

When production permits, I'm hoping to clear gloss, satin and flat back in the lineup. The satin, especially, I found to be one of the best top-coat solutions, though all were good.

I would love to report that the Colourcoats shipment has arrived and is ready for orders but I can't. The shipment is currently awaiting U.S. Customs clearance. It has been there since the 13th.
