It's not going away... I checked in when I noticed it was down a couple of day sago and heard back yesterday that they're working on a solution.

Not sure what the problem is or how long the solution will take, but the intent is for it to be back.

I’m traveling right now and don’t have that image with me. I will send/post it when I get back.

Regarding this topic.

More than fifteen years ago, when I returned to the hobby, I was fascinated by all the information available to us today, with many sites that serve as inspiration for our builds. Navsource.org has fascinated me with all its content, which is of great help to our hobby and also for learning stories and details. It saddens me terribly to see how some political decisions cause the loss of all this documentation under the pretext of "cutting costs." I think that every time a politician comes out and says something stupid in front of twenty journalists, that moment alone costs much more than those supposed savings. Navy documents is another page I've had to track down so I can access its content.
I hope that sanity is restored to those who pursue senseless things while failing to correct what is truly necessary.
I hope I can be understood well, despite the translator.

Just to be clear Komtea - Navsource is not a US Government web site.

It is funded and run by private citizens.
