.. to a single Mk 34 3"/50 gun mount in 1/700 scale, thats the project im going to start soon. the 1/700 scale Mk33 guns by Skywave i have from their Modern Weapons set are not quite exactly what i need to the ship im building, so there.

Does anyone know if the turrets of either Mk 33 and Mk 34 are just the same in size? or do i have to do major surgery in itsy bitsy scale to conver the Mk 33 turret to a Mk34 one?

thanks all! :wave_1:

unfortunately the closed ones; the nearest kit turrets are the twin gunned ones in the Trumpy old Blue Ridge kit- trying to figure out if i can make it to a single gun turret ( unless like i said there is a kit of such out there)....

exactly just what i did...after several false starts and more than 2 years since the recommendation:

seems to have been no other way as there are no kits of this gun in 1/700...
