Good morning,

Looking for suggestions/guidance/ideas. I'm working on my HMCS Bonaventure in 1/96, and am pondering how to motorize one of my elevators so that I can have it going up/down with an aircraft on it.

Has anyone got any suggestions of a good way to make this work? Some form of linear actuator? Do I need multiples on the front/rear of the elevator?

Open for ideas!

Thanks,

NS

I've found this showing side-mounted lifting wires and a horizontal mounted crane mechanism:

A bit more google-fu has turned up these micro-linear actuators:
