How do you fill signal flag boxes in 1.96 scale? I don't want to just place a cover over the bags as they are open while underway. Any suggestions would be appreciated,

has anyone here ever seen the fine net bags certain types of fresh veggies come in ? I take these and cutout every other row of filament leaving oblong holes .I attach the flags and then stretching them out straight . I put them in the (bag )or container and anchor one end to a lanyard at the top of the unit, this lanyard then would be used to send up the flags . MAKE SURE the lanyards are rigged right . why ? you would have message flag spaghetti if you don,t . commodore4
