Hey guys,

How many of you actually make your own props? I'm interested in learning how but can't seem to easily find any info out there. I've been 'google-ing' up the wazoo! ;)

Thanks,

Tim

I recently made 4 bladed props about 7/8" dia. I used a drill press as a Lathe of sorts to centerdrill the hub. I also drilled and tapped a grub screw hole then turned it to shape. I then cut 4 slots and soldered brass Blades in places. There is an article on mwunderway on the process without the grub screw. Greg
