I just purchased this yesterday, and the pdf file arrived today.
Very comprehensive e book, and not that expensive either ($5.18 AUD)

Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed reading volume one. Really encouraging to see a dedicated ship modelling publication. Looking forward to the next edition!
