'RTF'!!!

Glad to see your build of Adm K. in MANY pictures you are showing..... I also plan on building my Adm K., but in 1/700 scale. I hope that you will continue Your build and that I can get some ideas on what you have done, specifically the paint job.

It looks good So Far!! :thumbs_up_1: Didn't know that 'White Ensign' had PE for 1/350 scale .... got to see if they have a 1/700 for me.

Look forward to your progress.

Mario

Good to see a Kuznetsov here. :thumbs_up_1: They're quite rare nowadays. I assume most of them ended in a lot of stashes back in the days.
Very professional photography!

Rod, some good progress here! Question: did you actually glue the arresting cables (i cant figure out from the pic if it's wire or some engraving) and if so, what rigging wires (and diameter) have you used?
Cheers,
SG

Hi SG,
I haven't glued yet the cable wire, probably I'll use this wire:

Yes, very much so. Looking forward to future updates. A really interesting ship. I have the kit myself but don't trust myself to build it yet.

The MiG-29Ks she embarked on her Syrian Deployment a few years ago looked really well in their overall dark grey colour scheme. And then there is the classic camouflage on the Su-33s:

You are making very good progress on her.

Very nice work, Rod! You are making one ugly ship (almost) look attractive!

Hmmm...after turning those old R class models into something first rate, I don't think you have anything to worry about.
