I use liquid super glue, when attaching PE parts, first I drop 1 or 2 drops od super glue to the glas plate, prepare needle point tool, I grab part with tweezers, apply super glue with needle and attach, usualy it is enought of supper glue on the pe part to hold part in the position, then just for beeing on the safe side of attaching pe parts I add little amount of glue on few contacts points of plastic and PE. Sometimes I also use white wood glue, but it takes much longer to cure..
