now next ships of the kit..I'll be doing 1 only of each.... U-boot type VIIC and schnellboot
after all I've done now....I think this is gonna be done rather fast...no mast and way less detail possibility's

put some color on hull and deck...second color on hull later..did some adjusting and cleaning

S-Boot
first color hull, deck and in red a few of my modifications...more to come....she might be small...but I'm enjoying it
been looking at some models done scale 1/100 ..doing as close as possible same....at 1/400...a real challenge

put second color on...a home made one...4 X white + 1 X light grey, and added some protection bars...also home made

did some more tiny stuff...making PE guns ..more bars...thought it good to show out of the box(btw it was my very first I did just to see how it works) vs what I have now

S-100 is done...the coin (10Cts Euro) is to put things in scale

with the S-boot out of the drydock...a new one entered...a T-boot

I find the water deviator to large ...so I cut and place new...should have done that also on minesweeper

put some paint

worked mostly on the 2 fourstackers I'm making...just put the superstructures together...only glued what had to be glued to keep it together and dryfitted all

started working back on my T-boot....some details, adjusting fitting

added some paint...prepared mast...cut a little bit to ad pe barrier

Decided to make her as T35 just before the handing over to the US...so some modifications more done

decided to ad some details on torpedo

Nice work. I'm also modifying one to make it look like the T24 witch sunk where I grew up

as it goes often with these hobby's...it is put on wait when you have a lot to do...
anyway...a few stuff done like
making a few PE AA guns.
as I was looking.... from start I knew that the vierling platform from Heller would not fit the gun...too small...so I made a new platform
I cut the protective wall of the rear of the middle castle ...and made a new one...way thinner (left over from my 4 stacker grill)
and added some small details on the walls
started also preparing main mast-radar made a new smaller front dome...I find the heller out of porportion
and some pipes and boxes on the fly bridge
as there are no rafts in the Heller kit...I scratch made 4 to put on main gun 1 and 4
as the other 2 main guns are on a super structure..I don't wanna put also on those

There are plenty of modifications to do on this model. I'm still modifying mine....
