After a long break from the boats, it is time to start a new project. The choice fell on Bunker Hill. The ship will be from a desert storm. I have a question to experts, what helicopter can I use? Instead of SH-60 I would prefer SH-2 or SH-3. I know both types attended the event, but are they real for use on this ship? The ship is old and will need a lot of adjustments (accessories) and what the house will give ... Unfortunately I do not have many photos from this period, so see you.

Pulling up a chair to watch this build! I have heard that this is a bad fitting kit, how are things fitting for you? Looks like an excellent start- I like the hanger!

Regards,
Timothy

While it's plausible that various types of helicopters landed aboard during the Desert Shield/Storm timeframe, the embarked helos would have been SH-60Bs, assigned to Light Helicopter Anti-submarine Squadron 47 (HSL-47).

Thank you for the report, it did not please me, but at least I'm clear.

The model is already older production date. The base is not bad,you have to adapt enough, add details.Superstructures do not fit together. But there is no other model of this beautiful ship.
