These are just the most amazing injection kits and even building out of the box is a challenge because some of the parts are just so tiny. But it all fits so well. It's just one of those kits that ache to be whole.

Have you given thought on how to paint it? I tend to have trouble airbrushing into tight crevices like the one along the sides of the superstructure. You probably need to get a brush into there unless you know more about airbrushing than me.

It's not really mentioned in the instructions, but the kit includes the white air conditioning units usually placed on either side of the bridge (part 21). Look at photos of the boat.

spejic I also think that these kits are amazing too, there was a cool video that I link of two people building them. Ive actually painted a pair by hand and it didnt come out too bad I think, I dont have a airbrush setup yet so I haven't ventured down that road. I possibly could see a .03 needle being used to airbrush the tug and its associated details. Wow I'll take a look for that air conditioning unit cant have my sailors sweating lol.

These models represent the tug boats with the collapsible masts. There is also slightly different style of mast that isn't collapsible. It isn't the case of some boats having one and other boats have the other - you can find pictures of particular boats with either kind at different times. I assume they have certain masts depending on which base they are stationed at, if you are trying to make a diorama based on a particular location.
