One of the best builds of this kit that I've seen! :thumbs_up_1:

I cut the bottom run of the mast and now it fits very nicely!

And one wide high res shot!

I revisited the railing details. As the ship has 2 types; solid and ones with wire running betweem them so I painted the wires with dark gray.

I started a bit on the rigging aswell. I also ordered some caged aerials from WEM to help me produce the rounded caged aerials.

I've pretty much finished the model now. Though I'm not gonna post the pictures until next weekend. I'm missing the caged aerials and in the meanwhile I'll add some
more details if I can find some more to add. I also thought this model deserves it's own display case so I ordered a custom made from germany. They were pretty cheap
so I'll give a small review when I recieve it. It's just an acrylic case so nothing super fancy though.

Here's a small update while I go through the finished pics.

I made small jig to build the caged aerials.

I glued 2 lines of stretched sprue on there close to each other. Then I started placing the WEM aerial spaces between them.
After that the remaining 2 lines were added.

My first time doing so elaborate rigging so I'm fairly happy of the outcome
