Greetings, folks!

New poster, but some-time lurker. Most impressive site, models, community, and most of all community spirit. A question: is there a good reference in order to model ships refueling at sea? I have a 1/700 USS Washington (old Aoshima), and a USS Benham (Midship Models, DD 397), and was interested in modeling the DD refueling from the BB, sometime toward the end of 1942 (headed toward Guadalcanal). I've culled a few photos from Navsource.org, and Navy.history.mil, and they give me some clues about where the lines are hitched on board the destroyer, but I'm still not sure about the BB. Were there some "obvious dos" or "obvious don't dos" in refueling operations I should be aware of?

Thanks!

Mark
