The Swedish maritime museums have published "Architectura Navalis Mercatoria" a work from 1768 in facsimile online.

http://www.marinmuseum.se/sitecore/content/Marinmuseum/Samlingar/Architectura_Navalis.aspx

It contains plans for a number of contemporary ships collected by the famous Swedish shipwright Fredrik Henrik af Chapman.

There are ships of the line as well as merchantmen.

Of course, this being published in the 18th C, accuracy might be a bit off...

Uuhm, Magnus, Chapman was the first modern shipwright and the first writer on naval architecture who measured ships scientifically and published the results. I don't think accuracy is a bit off...BTW putting this on line is a really nice initiative.
