Destroyer History Organization director, Dave Macomb, has produced a heavily revised edition of a little known book on the 273 WWI era Flush-Decker destroyers originally written by late John L. Dickey II and published in 2000. Dave has taken the original manuscript, with additional notes by Dickey, and additional research and photos and produced a revised story of this largest class of destroyers ever built. Any fans of this class will find facts many didn't know about their service from WWI to the end of WWII.
