The Ship Model Forum

The rigging on a great number of models in the gallery leaves me speachless and I wonder where the builders got their rigging references for the specific ship. The only ship I've ever built was Revell's "Cutty Sark" some 40 years ago (yes, I'm that old already) and I vaguely recall that the instructions were pretty good. Unfortunately, the few kits and references of battleships and cruisers I have leave me scratching my head, I am lacking background knowledge and experience to work from box arts and two dimensional drawings on the instructions last page. Any help is highly appreciated.
