All time friends Ed Low and Sander Kingsepp have just published a book of Bofors 40mm AA guns. I can see their researches, analytic approaches ,detailing and 3D graphics are beautiful and comprehensive ,and can be used when expressing them as models. Some japanese fighting ships have the Bofors guns. You can buy it from Amazon.com
ISBN 97985 2896 5895 90 pages

cheers,
mucho

Thank you Mucho for taking time out to review our book and for your kind words. This is the only published source for these guns and I hope folks will enjoy it.

Tks for sharing. :thumbs_up_1:

I have already modeled and printed simple Bofors ( US version).

But this book would be useful for Japanese twins.

Those are nice models Iceman 29! Yes, you will find that our book is really the only comprehensive source of information on the 40mm "Bi" Type guns used by the IJN.
