Just want to let everyone know I just stumbled onto a company that sells military videos, both VHS and DVD. I'm building a Trumpeter 1:350 Ticonderoga long hull into a 1945 era CV-38 Shangri-la. While browsing on EBAY I saw a ad for a company called Traditions Military Videos,
http://www.militaryvideo.com. I ordered a DVD of the Shang and received it on time and am very pleased with it. B/W footage of the launch and color footage of WW2 action. Plus additional video of the history of the ship until de-commissioning. The color footage showing the ship coming back to the states at the end of the war is great, seeing the colors and weathering stains and rust is worth every penny it costs. This company has a huge library of ships, planes, radar systems and battles. I have no connection to this company except for being a new customer. For me this video is just as, and maybe more valuable than the reference books I have acquired. When I start to paint my model I will be watching this DVD many, many times to duplicate the details.
