On CD-photos only or photos with plans?

If you had a chance to buy a photo CD of a class of ships that would open and run in your default browser for the text and photos; would you pay extra to also get BuShips/BuC&R plans for the class? In order for the plans to be worth using they'd have to be in .tif format and you'd need something like Photoshop or Corel Photopaint to open them.

Hmm, if I wanted to build a model using these drawings I'd prefer a CC. So, no. I'd include them anyway and increase the price and not offer two different items.
