Here is the 1/1000 scale Space Battleship Yamato from the old animated TV series Star Blazers. I loved watching that show when I was younger and decided to snag the kit. The kit is the old Ban Dai kit and the fit leaves a bit to be desired. I did a little filling and sanding but didn't spend too much time on it. I just did it for a quick, fun little build.
