As usual Trumpy have got really mixed up with the colour scheme and configuration. If built straight from the box ,the suggested colour scheme is incorrect, it should be a Late war Standard Scheme. This is because the 40mm Bofors were not shipped until a refit in June 1945. As I wanted to do the more interesting three colour cam pattern .I left off all the Bofors, and at two points just forward of the funnel replaced them with searchlights.
The kit itself is excellent ,however the PE is ultra fragile and needs very careful handling.I must admit it was one of the most complex kits I`ve built ,or so it seemed to me.

Cheers Phil

Nice finish Phil!

As usual I'm just behind you on getting this so ANY advice with construction & paint colours would be appreciated, Mate.....

Very nice! That's a good looking ugly ship, I love it!

Maybe one little thing to consider for the next one: the seascape looks a bit cramped at the stern. Your sea looks very good, so a bit more space for the wake would make it look a bit more balanced.

Cheers,

Marijn
