This is Flyhawk's 1/700 Bismarck, Deluxe version of kit. Really nice detail for a small scale. Bismarck as seen during Battle of Denmark Straight.

For Denmark strait the bridge wings would be folded. Its a great model though, really nice detail for FH! Hope Tirpitz is coming soon too.

Yeah, I knew the bridge wings should be folded back. but "artistic license" got in the way - I like the look with the wings extended!

Yeah, if you build it full in battle spec, in addition to folding wings and removing the life boats from main deck youd also have to "fold" down all the railings on main deck--- something I also didnt do in favour of artistic license because no railings always looks like crap to me on an otherwise nicely detailed model.

However if I build Prinz Eugen in same fit, I might try that look...
