Fantastic little kit.

I chose to not spend money on a proper aftermarket set. I just used a set of 1/500 Tom's railings and ladders.

The stern crane I scratchbuilt the lattice and kept the solid kit boom.

Kit comes with stickers! No decals. So I freehanded the two seaplanes with Hinomarus and yellow recognition stripes.

A pretty straightforward built of a reasonably priced and nicely moulded Yamato.

Too bad about the odd scale.
