Anyone know how far away the base kit is from a Hunt The Bismarck era Suffolk............?

HMS Suffolk is next on my to do list .I haven`t investigated it fully yet .but I will need to cut down the quarterdeck as a start.

Regards Phil

I get the feeling that the releases of Cornwall and Kent are going to be keeping you busy for a while.

Looking forward to your HMS York, btw. :joker:

Hi Phil,

Yes, that's really a large undertaking! Beginning with the hull: have you worked out a way to eliminate the bulges and get the side walls vertical? I assume you will build it waterline like most of your ships, otherwise you'll need to place the rudder, the props and the propshaft 5 scale feet backwards.

Do you have a set of plans of London's superstructure after the rebuild?

Yep ,altering the hull was the first thing I did ,and after a short break it is well on the way to being finished, see attached.

Cheers Phil
