here is my last build.
A nice little resin kit with metal parts and PE.
First time i tried to make water diorama.
I used a carved polystyrene board, covered with thick acrylic paste (gesso), painted dark blue. Some highlights done with aibrush.
Then severel cats of clear acrylic gel.
Water foam is done with white tainted gel, and cotton.

D6523 Languedoc frigate is depicted just after operation Hamilton in april 2018.


















In parallel, i built a Gwylan AA Fremm frigate.
I enjoyed it less... Because it had less details and heavy printing marks wich were hard to remove...
