The Salem acted the part of the "Graf Spee" in the 1955 film "Battle of the River Plate".and I`ve always wanted to build a model of her. The VF kit was a joy to build ,and has many parts left over for my spares locker.

Nice job on the Graf Spee, I mean USS Salem. :big_grin: Very well done. Been looking at the cruiser, but in 1/700.
