I'd like to propose a thread to collect links to online plans, suitable for scratch-building.

Several ship owners have high quality plans of their vessels available for download, many of which are adequate as a start for scratch building projects.

Please limit posts to quality plans (from a modeling perspective), rather than cruise ship accommodations plans, etc.
