Hi all German U-boots fans. Who love these submarines, maybe is interested in to have very nice photo etched detailes for types IIB early and late, VIIC, VIIC/41 VIID and IXC in scale 1:72 and 1:144 or in both.

Visit page http://www.rcsubs.cz/ for detailed information.

Link for pricing: http://rcsubs.cz/index.php/photo-etched-sets

Etchings are very nice, detailed and precise. Strongly recommended. I started with VIIC/41 in 1:144 scale and so far I can say just PERFECT.

I will be buying the type II set for sure in the next few weeks, and I might get the type IX set. Beautiful work!

Is there anything known about a PE-Set incl. deck for the Revell Typ XXI in 1/144?

Just thought I'd chime in and add my recommendation for the rcsubz etchings too.

I purchased the 1/72 Skipjack, Type IX and Type VIIc sets. All excellent etchings and so far seem to fit well (haven't tried the Type VII yet). In some cases you need to cut the kit plastic away to ensure they sit flush. Type IX deck looks good but or the VIIc I'll go with a wood deck - the etched one looks OK but lacks some 'depth' and the wood look.

Quick response to emails and good service. No association, I just came across his site when looking for Skipjack info and for the price you get a lot of brass.

Thats good to know, so If I already have the nautilus decks for my 7C and 7C/41, you think the PE would be overkill? I am getting it for my type IIA for sure..
