If you are wanting to read a foreign website. This page will come in handy. It allows you to translate a page in many languages. It doesn't work on all pages.

You can also use Bablefish, some words aren't translated, but enough to make sense.

Alternatively you can always learn the language ;o)
I started learning italian, as my next project is italian port ;o)
Only problem would be for me, if I do a large scale japanese project ;)
