The booming comic "One-Piece" is very divertive.
Now,I built the Caravel-ship "GOING-MERRY",to commemorate the impress.

1.裁切膠版，開始製作。

2.大略裁切出前後甲板樓塊。
Image

3.製作後部結構物，圍上邊緣框條。
Image

4.使用膠板切出門框。
Image

5.鑿出窗孔，製作門框、窗框。
Image

6.內璧面細節完成。
Image

7.圍上弦牆，組合前後區塊。
Image

8.拿出砂紙開始塑身，除去水桶腰。
Image

9.修整船頭，豐滿圓滑。
Image

10.移除臀部贅肉，展現高挑曲線。
Image

11.前凸後翹，塑身完成。
Image

12.船首鋪貼膠片，等高切割水平弧線。
Image

13.箍上後方膠條，延續船身裝甲護條。順便磨整舷牆上緣。
Image

14.完成前後上甲板緣線及船身護甲。
Image

15.切開中段舷牆，黏貼膠條，製作船身細紋。
Image

16.修整磨平，船體主框紋完成。
Image

17.確認位置，準備製作後部甲板。
Image

18.製作 後甲板緣框、底面撐版。
Image

19.組合支撐版。製作舷側副砲、主桅拉繩固定器。
Image

20.確認飾紋位置，準備製作船首飾紋。
Image

21.固定飾紋，製作前方砲孔外框。
Image

22.簡易車床示意圖。使用電鑽固定膠棒，簡單車出主砲外徑螺紋。

23.固定艦首主砲、Ｗ型飾紋，製作錨孔，完成艦首造型。
Image

24.製作尾舵接點、舷側鉚丁，黏合後部甲版，船身外紋完成。

25.堆疊膠版，製作樓梯零件。
Image

26.配置各區樓梯通道。
Image

27.裁切膠板，製作尾舵零件。
Image

28.使用膠棒，進行羊頭雕刻作業。
Image

29.羊頭完成，配置預覽圖。
Image

30.艦身造型結構完成。
Image

31.使用塑膠棒製作桅杆，塑膠管製作瞭望台。
Image

32.完成前後桅杆柱體零件。
Image

33.印製前後帆面。模擬橘子樹叢。
Image

34.組裝前後桅杆及帆面。配上大鯨魚即可重現〝橡膠插花〞名場面。

35.製作艦首主錨，艦尾小砲。方格紙間隔為1mm。

36.配置全體零件，前進梅莉號試組完成。

37.完成示意圖。

40.「1:700梅莉號」全長僅4.4cm，對照品為〝零式三座水偵〞。

41.大魄力航行畫面再現。

42.核對位置，製作網梯型版。轉繪成圖紙。

43.雙面膠帶協助固定，使用極細 膠條/膠絲 編製網梯。

44.切除多餘部分，網梯製作完成。

45.圍製護欄。製作型版，協助固定框緣。

46.製作欄杆。
Image

47.護欄零件完成。配置預覽圖。(護欄型版可於翻製後切除)

48.重新製作尾砲。狙擊手 烏索布 抗議尾炮太小，故將其大型化(笑)。對照品為25mm連裝機槍。

49.完成 水線造型 後，順手製做艦底。
Image

50.研磨膠版，製作對應艦身的船底零件。增設尾舵水下部份。

51.完成艦底零件。製作展示台。
Image

52.梅莉號完成。全零件列表。

53.全艦身組裝示意圖。模型全長4.4cm。

54.全艦組裝示意圖。模型比例1:700。

55.全艦組裝示意圖。原型製作完畢。

[Scratchbuild]1:700 Hawk-Eye skiff]

Illustrious character "Hawk-Eye Mihawk" of the comic is the No.1 strong swordman in the world.

His skiff is very characteristic,so...just let it to prove to be model. :)

I'm definitely not familiar with the comic these ships are from (is that a rabbit figurehead on the first ship? and a tree growing on top of the cabin!?) - but this is an absolutely incredible piece of scratchbuilding work in 1/700! Your work on the carvings and other fine detail is stunning, I don't think I could do work this fine even in 1/96. Is the larger ship's hull made from wood or styrene? (It's hard to tell from the photos, but it looks like wood to me)

What utterly exquisite work, the attention to detail is magnificent - and it looks such fun too! I like the temporary angry eyes in pics 7 and 8. :big_grin:
