Something different this time not a carrier but related. A replenishment ship of a new company Ships & Co. AE-26 Kilauea class. It will make sure that my carriers will always have plenty of ammunition.I ll send more photos and a small review to the main gallery ASAP.I think I m dreaming.

Hoses for Sacramento are provided in the excellent Jag kit. So I did nothing more than using those. Sacramento is the best resin kit I have seen so far.

Building Jag's Sacramento was one of the best experiences I had with resin models. This kit is easy to build, has superb quality and although it is not an 80s-90s version (I like building ships in this era or later) it can be easily converted to that. I wanted something even better armed than the combination of Sea Sparrow launchers/Phallanx CIWS. So I added two RAM launchers which replaced the Sea Sparrow system and made some other modifications such as the addition of Mk-23 TAS, Inmarsat antennas, SRBOC launchers, SLQ-32, OE-82 and other electronic/communication antennas. I used an MH-60 helicopter in place of the CH-46. I finished building this kit in 20 days. I thought it would take much longer but as mentioned above this kit is easy to build and I enjoyed every part of the building process.

Something smaller this time. A Hellenic Navy Kortenaer class frigate. Kortenaers are the most numerous class of warships in the Hellenic Navy( 10 of them are in service).
