What to do about Static?

Anyone got any tips for dealing with static electricity/dust adhering to a model? I'm at the finishing stage of my Seawolf, sanded, painted, sanded and ready for finish painting. Washed it down with clean water and air dryed. Now it seems I've got dust adhering to the surface.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

could try tinfoil place mat that is wired to your desk/bench metal frame to see if get rid of static charge

Try to find some Polly S Plastic Prep - cleans & gets rid of static.

Move to New Jersey - the relative humidity is always 75% and therefore, no static. Don't listen to any of those negative comments about high taxes, crowded roads, pollution or corrupt government officials - all propaganda put out by other states jealous of our delicious produce.

Here's a photo of some of the guys after this year's MosquitoCon '05 show:

A great bunch of guys. They're mostly into model trucks 'n stuff, but they're been known to dabble in IJN and RMN ship models.

Guys thanks for the tips! Hey tdh8192......about that invite to Jersey......Thanks but no thanks. Been there, done that. You see I grew up in Southern New Joisey, the garden part of the Garden State. But you already knew that.
