Paint colours for post WW2 warships

Is there site and/or listing of post WW2 warship paint colours that cross references with the current major paint manufacturers?

I believe that the modern name is haze gray for US ships after WWII. I am not sure for the other nations after WWII. I use light ghost gray for vertical surfaces and gunship gray for the decks for my moderm ships. If you have Haze Gray 5-H from the WWII collection, that works as well. I like light ghost gray because it is very plentiful and it will not likely go out of production whether you are an acylic or enamel kind of guy.

I've lost the link to a cross-reference list of various paint manufacturers and USN color code numbers.

But, I use Model Master Acrylic Neutral Gray for hull and bulkheads and Gunship Gray for the decks. (These actually turn out to match the code numbers.) Sometimes I'll use Engine Gray for the decks, which is a little darker than Gunship Gray.

I'll use Gunship Gray for the decks and then Engine Gray or Flat Black for the non -skid stripes.

Here, I've darkened the Engine Gray, further, with black pastel chalk (forecastle) in order to match the look of the inspiration photos for this dio. The flight decks on these three FFs are a little different, too.

The Knox class is a favorite of mine as far as asthetics go. I like them better than the OHPs.
