All tugs are sorta alike, but ours was based on the woban class district harbor tug.
Here's a front shot of the 700. It will come with those car tires, PE wires to tie them down, and the lifeboat with cover is of course a separate piece.
Other than that, the ship come in 3 chunks of resin. Hull and bottom are separate, and top is one piece.
Since it's the whole ship, it does come with rudder and skewer. The rudder on this picture wasn't fully assembled, missing the reinforcement stripes.
There are some revisions to the PE designs. Upper deck railing comes in several arrangement options, and there are also handrailed ladders optional for front and back.
The portholes and doors are marked out on resin, but should really be replaced with provided PE ones.
The reason for doing these tugs with a bottom is so they can be lifted out of water, placed on peers or hoisted up by cranes, quite a few ways to use them in a 1:700 diorama actually
