hi garry i do like your castings ,the abro slicone form ,is it a two part mix or is it a heavy paste ,i have always made a two part slicone mould .it involves mixing exact parts and it takes 24 hrs to set up.the stuff you are useing looks like you press the master into it ,is that correct?

Hi, russclark! I could not get resin-kit :lol_spit_1:
ASROC made from plastic and paper, Mk42 - from wood and plastic.
***
ABRO is heavy silicon for car.

Can you give us a rundown on how you made the davits? Materials, thickness, methods, etc? I am contemplating a 1/200 build of an ocean liner and davits are a bit of a puzzle. It would be great to have some tips going in.

I used plastic (0,3 - 0,5 mm and 1,5 mm) and brass wire - 0,14 0,224 0,3 and 0,7 mm diameter. Glue and sold. Sorry, I had not photo of progress ...
