that's what I did
it seems good considering I have to design all using low polys....all the ship has to have 50000 polys
if you have other ideas pls draw a little sketch to show me how I have to do

I don't know that much about the Ark Royal, but I googled some pics of aircraft carriers. If that didn't come up, I googled 'Hydraulics' or 'Flight Deck' or 'Aircraft Launch Carrier' and by using a different variety of inputs, I got those pics I posted.
Sometimes, if you don't have the real information, you just have to wing it. At the scale you are working at, I doubt that anyone is going to call you on any details. If they do, you can ask them to clarify, then you have your info!
Have you tried different blueprint sites on the web?
Are there any sites devoted to aircraft carriers or where servicemen gather to discuss their time in the forces?
Any websites devoted to ships, rather than models?
Have you Googled Ark Royal Model? That might get a few hits. Someone else may have solved all the problems you have now and they may just have posted nice screens of their work. I'm not saying copy what they did, but you would get from what they have done on how you can solve problems your way. Also, someone else may have posted a load of reference pics in reply to the model that they were building. You could use them to clarify parts of the ship you are unclear on.

For instance I do not know how is an armoured british flight deck, I mean how is built, there are metal plates...yes how are their sizes...lenght...wide...in order to drawing a texture
we know all about us flight deck and nothing about british, so it's difficult to reproduce a good texture for deck.
