Hello Vladimir,
Thanks to Combrig for producing Le Terrible, especially as the French manufacturers are not doing too much to highlight their home Navy.
For the future, may I suggest to Combrig the French cruisers of La Galissonnière class in their early-war design with aircrafts, and also the new destroyers Horizon class and Aquitaine class. This for the 1/350.
For the 1/700, I think I already suggested the Mistral / Vladivostok classes (FR/RUS) : 2 types of ships in one box ...

Hi
I was quite happy to see the announcement of SMS Szent István and SMS Viribus Unitis a few month ago in the 1/700 production line. But they seam to be gone in the actual list. Are they cancelled ? Forever?

Cheers
Eric

They are being worked on, but they are not the top priority right now. Eventually they will appear.

How about the Canada and Mecidiye? When do you think that they will be ready?

Thanks,

Mark Sloan

Hello Vladimir,

When my current builds are ready / space on my workbench is given, I will start to build my collection of 1/350 ships of Russo-Japanese War of 1904/1905. Great to sea that Combrig has much of involved ships in program! :thumbs_up_1:

But because beside Hasegawa's IJN Mikasa (of which as far as I investigated relative easy sistership Asahi can be made) and your 2 IJN cruisers in program, there are no other IJN ships available. Is there any chance that there will come some further IJN ships of that war, for example Fuji class battleship or other cruisers and so on?

Cheers,
Christian :wave_1:

I also bought the Turkish version of that book while in Istanbul. I've been waiting patiently for the Mecidiye kit for years now.

There are no plans to do Japanese ships at this time (that I know of).

They have the 3D models needed to make the master models, but it will depend on the sales of the other big 1/350th scale kits like HMS Tiger and others. If they are good enough then they will proceed with that.

I'll be buying Aurora in 1/350 unless there's a plan to update the 1/700 kit (I want that one too). And the 1/350 Blucher, the 1/700 Viribus Unitius and 1/700 HMS Neptune

These kits are of full intrest for me ... in total nearly 40 Russian ships of Russo-Japanese war now / soon available in 1/350 (including other manufactures) ... my main area of intrest! :thumbs_up_1:
But still lacking Japanese counterparts unfortunately, only 3 ships until now (Hasegawa's IJN Mikasa and Kombrig's 2 armored battlecruisers).
